A yellow gold travelling hinged picture frame by Cartier London, containing four individual framed apetures. The outside is decorated with a geometric pattern, with two blue sapphires set on each button closure. Signed on the edge Cartier London.  Dimensions 5x4cm.  Made by Cartier circa 1945
